The problem with Season 6, and less so Season 5...

Is that its really tough to change the mindset of the players and game philosophy from the older seasons to the minigame-esque game we have now in such a short amount of time.

It's been changed to some HotS-wannabe and the changes in Season 6 made everything snowball to much much quicker games. People that have played league for a long time don't want the quicker games. They liked the feel of those that took longer because it created a better opportunity for comebacks, and potential for throws.

Watching LCS is painfully boring since they'll just group to take top and bottom, no aggression at all, a dragon fight, group to take other turrets, rift herald somewhere in there, and then push to nexus. They've literally removed the lane phase from LCS. You might as well put the teams on Howling Abyss and let them teamfight because that's the extent of this season so far.

Even in the past seasons you heard the First Blood, and it was GG, that's never felt more real than it does in this season. Buffs from Dragon and Rift Herald are way too strong for the small amounts of effort and risk for obtaining them.

Vision is a lost art to the game, it's blue trinket or bust. Red doesn't benefit anything other than situational uses like Teemo, Stealth champions, and you can tell who is a noob at this game by them still running Yellow trinket past level 9.

You forced Pink trinkets to be an actual item, which was one of the goals from Season 4, to make an item as necessary as Wards not take up a valuable item slot.

I used to at least like to play normal games in SR. I don't anymore.
