Serious question, looking for legitimate answers..

What is the counter to now that it has grievous wounds.. What i mean is, the magic dmg isn't the issue, but not healing is.. And no, i'm not some ADC main whos angry about it.. I like the item, just looking for the way to counter it if i'm an AD champion.
