Wtf Riot and your In-Client Youtube Videos

The league client is only about 1280x720 big but the video boxes are only 1/9th of the screen size, why the hell do the videos keep playing at 720p (rip bandwidth)

Im quite sure nobody fullscreens from the client

Can we just default at the 360p like how Youtube regularly plays at
