Struggling with jungle in Silver

I find myself having a huge issue with closing out games, I focus objectives like towers, dragon and rift herald and keep tabs on the enemy jungler. In my most recent game I was far ahead due to the early game abuse Pantheon has, but as many know he falls off severely if teams do not coordinate quickly enough.

I do not know how to improve this situation outside of an entirely different champion like Kha'zix whom I have no blue essence for. I try to communicate as much as I can about my cooldowns and where I'm going to my team, but often it isn't noticed and in rarer cases some players in pivotal roles continuously go rouge down lanes to meet their demise.

Where can I improve? What other champion options are available to close out matches? I'm aware Pantheon is not a closer and is simply a cheap shot jungler.

I will add an additional comment, the middle lane I seem to have issue as well. I went back to the basics and play Annie with flash and teleport, abusing the mistakes the opponent makes which is a high chance where I am ranked.

Despite success I gain, I find it is near impossible to snowball the game for the team and often times games run into 40-45 minute duration with so many unnecessary deaths.

EDIT: On a side note its really disheartening that the boards get all attention focused on jokes more than game discussion. I miss the old forums.
