Riot, lets talk about Dragon

If you want dragon to matter, then all you have to do is make obtaining the Aspect buff reasonably possible in an average match if your team has secured it every single time. I can't remember the last ranked game I had where someone hit Drgn5.

Just move Aspect to the 4th kill and it won't matter what kills 1, 2 or 3 are worth. It will automatically be contest-worthy because the Aspect buff is a game-turner.
