Are leagues servers bad?

Because I've been frequently disconnect for a few seconds at a time, up to a minute and then right back in. I'm asking here because it's only like this with league, I've not had probelms with anything else and Ive seen a few people have the same internet problems Edit: saw this is wrong board but can't change it
