Zeke`s convergence

Does anyone else think this item is underrated? I built it on along with and the item combo did nearly 2k damage in a small fight where my adc did 4 or 5 autos in my storm (Im counting the onhit from ardent censor along with the bonus magic damage from zeke`s)

What ended up happening was I ulted and quickly canceled it to start the aoe blizzard around myself, it slowed nearby enemies and procd font of life along with doing 25% bonus magic dmg when my adc hit them. (while also activating ardent censor due to font of life.)

Part of font of life healing and damage is done instantly onhit (like 25% bonus magic dmg for zeke`s and then the other 25% over 2 seconds) so it still benefits fast firing adcs like
