Earning Re-Rolls Outside of ARAM

I think we should be able to somehow earn re-rolls outside of playing ARAMs despite rerolls being almost exclusively for ARAM.

I don't use one of those "ARAM only accounts". I own all but 6 champions which leaves a lot of possibilities going into an ARAM. But seeing I have 0 rerolls before even queueing up can sometimes make me not even want to queue up in the first place.

I think the rate at which you can earn re-rolls by playing ARAMs is fine, but either more re-rolls or being able to earn some outside of ARAM would be nice too. Like if every other game on SR worked towards a next re-roll for ARAM too.

Obviously it's not a dire circumstance but just a thought I had.
