Can We Make Auto Fill Active in Norms Only? Or At Least Make It Optional in Ranked?

I understand it's to reduce queue times, but I would rather have a 20min queue for a role I want to play than a 5min queue for a role I'm terrible at and is pretty much a guaranteed loss. I'll gladly auto fill in norms seeing as how it doesn't affect anything, but ranked games are different. Players shouldn't be forced into a role they can't play or hate to play when there's ranks and LP at stake. Norms are what I play to just get a quick game in so auto fill isn't a problem as long as I get to play with a short queue time, but I said it once, and I'll say it again. I would rather wait a longer queue time for a role I selected than a short queue time for a 95% chance of losing because Rito decided to put multiple members of my team in positions they didn't want or don't play.
