Banshee Veil 40 seconds to block one spell, Warmogs Heart 6 seconds to restore 25% health?!
In ARAM this seems a bit ridiculous, especially with all the balance changes that keep being made to increase the power of certain champions. Champions like Cho'Gath, Mundo, Nunu, etc. become outrageously beefy. It literally takes everything from an entire team to bring them down 20 minutes into an ARAM due to the presence of this single item. Every member of a team dumps every last spell they have on these guys, just for them to walk away less than 10 seconds and be full health again.
This item's passive should have a 40 second cd in ARAM too (not SR, a lower cd makes a bit more sense there). Tanks and melee champions don't have the disadvantage that they used too, they're constantly being buffed up to be stronger because of it. Warmogs Heart definitely needs some major nerfing because it's way too strong to only require a champion 6 seconds out of combat. If an item that only blocks one spell (when there are potentially HUNDREDS being thrown around) requires a 40 second cd, what business does an item that restores 25% health per second have with a 6 second cd?! Within 10 seconds a champion which should have been dead is completely full health again.. many champions don't even have their basic spells back up in that time period.
