@Meddler- Shyvanna Update?

I remember a long time ago in which Riot had some very experimental changes on the PBE for Shyvanna. Was she due for an update at the time?

If anyone knows what I'm talking about, do they have any information on it? If not, I remember a few of the changes, including:

-Shyvanna left a massive ring of fire around her landing point upon casting Dragons Descent. -Flame Breath's mark would transfer to a new target if the old target was killed. -Number tweaks to compensate for certain aspects.
