Level 1 to level 18 is non-stop kill potential from a single ability. I am very biased about him.

Cass. Hyper-scaling lane bully that's deceivingly tanky and heals a ton. It's said that she's a hard champion, but her skill floor is one of the lowest in the game. Just look at her WR by games played. https://i.imgur.com/Hv5awun.png

She's supposedly a "high skill cap" champion, but a beginner is likelier to win by playing her than they are if they were to play the "brain dead" Jax or Garen.
