New champs Garen skarner morde darius

1. I think they needed a rework but not such an op BUFF garen just need black cleaver and go full tank and champs like riven cant do something ,
2. Mordekaiser was a weak champ ok but after rework he gain full xp from minions so he can play bot now BUt he can 1 hit weak enemies with his Q
3. Skarner not so often but if e just stunned us all the time and ran behind us without taking dmg cause too tanky too much dmg and low cd
4. Darius OP in early and in late game Strong heal Strong dmg and late of the same with 1000 true dmg and more pls. My suggestions : GAREN - nerf him (less scaling) Mordekaiser -nerf his Q scaling and shield Skarner a little higher CD Darius nerf his dmg early riot wanted it to have more late game darius
