Idea for sona

What if whe change the Power Chord Hymn of Valor from:

STACCATO: Power Chord deals 40% bonus damage.

To

STACCATO: Power Chord reduces the resistance from its target by 25% (+ 4% per 100 AP) for 2 seconds.

Sona will lose some of her damage by this change but this will be a serious buff to her solo lane with adc that have some burst like , ...
