OnHit item idea - Lets kill phantom hits
Hope of this is to kill the phantom hit's need to be in the game but on hit champs do need a big 3k+gold item that isn't blade of the ruined king and fits other on hit champs better than rageblade's current extreme niche it provides to kayle but not causing an instant imbalance that a persistent phantom hit passive caused.

UNIQUE Passive: basic attacks now instead deal 100% AD as physical on hit damage. Life steal applies to this damage
UNIQUE Passive: All on hit damage is increased by 14%(+2% per level) equal to your % attack speed bonus.
UNIQUE Passive - Point Runner: Builds up to 20% movement speed over 2 seconds while near turrets, fallen turrets, and void gates.
The idea of turning all basic attacks into on hit damage is mainly an attempt of a unique way to forcibly differentiate crit based AA champs from on hit AA champs, with the idea of it being since their auto attacks are on hits they lose the ability to crit. The second part is for synergy with the second passive so that there is an immediate increase of per hit damage if this ends up as the first purchased on hit item, but the second passive is initially limited so you aren't looking at an item that gives the same immediate 50% total attack speed increase and inflated 3+ hit procs damage a similar amount by increasing their uptime. Making the second passive damage increase scale with % attack speed means that it will take more attack speed to match the similar rough damage increase that phantom hit offered and the scaling per level of the bonus further limits the instant the possibility of the instant damage spike that phantom hit offered (example on hits should deal the similar ~50% increased damage that phantom hit does closer to level 18 with 100% bonus attack speed).
