Runes Reforged progression seems odd.

Runes are "unlocked" at lvl 8, where you get to Choose from the preset rune pages. Then at lvl 11, you can create new rune pages. But you can't choose which runes beyond the primary rune. You dont get that till lvl 15.

so you cant Really do anything with the Runes till you hit lvl 15, despite them being "unlocked".

Just feels like the progression... Doesn't progress.

been playing league for awhile now. (made this account to check out the new progression) And with the old runes you had the feeling of actually accomplishing something when you finally got the runes you needed to play the way you wanted to play.

Seems to me like the Full unlocking of the runes system Might need to be adjusted.
