NYASSS lets buff bard's mvnt speed and make him cancer to play against.

Why on earth would you give speed buffs to a champ that already has the ability to roam effortlessly throught the jungle. You literally can't escape him and he's doing WAYYYYYY too much damage for being an enchanter. Please nerf his base dmg or lower the fucking buffs to his movement speed. He's literally unescapeable with a piece of shit graves or any champ with a gap closer and a slow/cc. Like wtf? No wonder everyone's quitting this piece of shit game. They just care about skins and don't listen to their community.
