A solution to fixing the relic shield line procs for late game

Relic shield fully upgraded to FOTM or to the sightstone version procs the gold if an ally champion last hits the minion while you are within 500 range of the minion. Execute is still there for the suppot if he last hits, not for the ally that last hits.
