What Champions do you think can be reckless and useful?
I think 
is a good reckless champ, because he can have less then 50% hp and go in a 3v5 (him being on the team with 3) and win the team fight. But only with good timing of this passive.
His entire strategy is to ask yourself "Would it be intelligent to do this with anyone else?" And if the answer is no, then you do it.
Define reckless.
Right clicking into the enemy team and relying on good timing to abuse Master Yi's Q and W is pretty reckless imo in certain context.

use ult on self when already low on hp, E in. QWQ, die, do it again or get out of there with E
Tanks with team fight initiates like Maphite or Sion are pretty reckless I suppose.
