Tilted for 2 times afk a row in promo

The afk system is a shiet, why can we just ff after 3 or 5 minutes when someone afk and let all the rest 9 people to vote if it's OK or not then the enemy team gains that damn 20 LP and don't count as a game cause is not fair.
