New Gameplay Changes.

I have just a couple questions.

1. Quinn: You took out her blind and put her more of her power budget into her ult. I like that it has 0 cooldown, but removing her blind takes out like 50% of her dueling potential. I'm wondering, what if her E didn't give the harrier reset, but instead gave her next basic a blind after use.

2. New support itemization: It looks like were getting new support items, but I didn't see the removal of frost queen. It's never picked over the coin and is never upgraded. I was wondering if it would be replaced by . It it almost better in every way.

Anyway, I'm excited for these new changes, but these really need to be changed.
