[Serious] What do you do vs MF and Blitz/Thresh/etc without jungler?

I can't stay in the back of creeps because I die from MF

I can't move outside creeps because i get dragged and insta die

It's the most stupid and unfun combo in this game and I have 0 clue what do in such a case when i need to stay behind turret and wait for the jungler that never comes
