The New Ashe Passive

TBH, the new Ashe is really nice with her Q shooting a lot of arrows, W can clear waves better and she has 2 hawkshots. But that passive (don't downvote if I'm wrong) has to be very op. A free slow on every auto? That's like a frozen mallet passive at level 1.

I know there might be changes on PBE but honestly if that goes through she will probably be a little to strong due to the fact that most ashe's at level 1 start W without slow.

Now she will have a free slow thats lets her do about 5 extra damage since they are slowed, and you gotta count armor, and if you're fortunate flash won't be necessary but invading with Ashe will seem to be super easy. All at level 1.

Still may be a bit OP, but Ashe could basically have it up nonstop past a certain point anyways, so it's just a bigger buff to her early game power.

TBH it does sound really strong but her old passive sucked so I'm not mad that she's getting some love.
