Intended role of champs vs brokn ways of playing

Remember AP .. they said something like that they dont like the ap way of playing cuz the champ is designed to be ad marksman.. then she was changed.

What about Both are intended to be tanks or supports but if u play them ap you can 1 shot stuff.. and the enemy got 0 chances to survive if hooked (blitz) and alistar cant die when he turns his ult.

I know that most ppl dont play them that way but still rito should take care of scaling on some spells.

Many champs now can be played in a tanky way but can kill you.. and you cant touch them .. this is the reason I dont like this state of the game.. many op stuff; u fck up once and its over; even if u kill the enemy laner you can still lose the lane because some champs brokn...
