Support items more expensive level 1

Riot please stop nerfing things while buffing things the nerfed thing has to deal with

Did a pretty good job fixing ADCs I feel but then you remove the ability to have three pots? So now who ever has better poke will force the others out of lane. Plus with towers being so weak the fact you have to back so early tends to mean you come back to a tower at half HP.

I'm just asking for one change at a time in a lane if it's not champion specific...
