What I really wish to happen with Runes Reforged

Is that these stupid dumb 'Tank Meta' and 'Assassin Meta' and 'ADC Meta' disappear. I really wish that the new rune system will be so diverse enough and unique with all the different combinations, that if one of these meta's do pop up, then people can just readjust their Runes to fit and counter the meta.

I don't really know if this would be a great thing to happen, or a bad thing to happen, but I just really feel like it would make something happen, instead of us just having to sit here and wait for Riot to change around some items and make another meta come upon us like some gods bringing a new plague to us right when we've recovered from the last one.

I got no idea what that analogy was suppose to be, but I'm hoping that my point was at least made.
