Can we make semi locked camera reset when you unlock and lock back?

I feel semi-locked camera has a great place to be a great option for kiting and what not but the fact that it stays whenever you left it before when you press space is extremely disorienting. I feel If there was an option to have it reset to lock on to the center of your champion whenever you unlock your camera would be a great and simple feature.
