Feature Suggestion - Enable Drag Scroll while in Locked Camera

Drag Scroll is a hotkey that allows you to control camera when it's unlocked by holding down a key (for example MB3) and moving the mouse cursor (notably used by C9 Jensen to control unlocked camera, here's an example).

It would be a nice addition if we could get the option to do this to adjust the position of Locked Camera as well. Right now the only alternative for this is Semi-Locked Camera, but edge jabbing in Semi-Locked Camera will move the camera even if you don't want it to (not to mention that it's hard to control to begin with). Drag Scroll in Locked Camera would be a nice fix for this.
