Ineligible to receive loot/key fragments/chests for 7 days now!

So. I was banned for 2 weeks for giving my mate a hard time (friendly banter we called it) but someone reported me, so i copped a 2 week ban which I guess is ok.

BUT.. That ended on the 9th of May just before midnight Australia time. Now, I can't receive rewards? I have gotten 5 S's in a row and each time it has said the same. "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions."

I haven't done a thing wrong AT ALL since my 2 week ban ended, and I'm still being punished?

I'm sick, and tired of this crap. What the hell is going on?

Cop a 2 week ban, and afterwards I'm still not allowed to receive rewards. Basically saying ''We let you out of jail, but you can't do anything with your life because we said so'''.

Get your sticks out of your ass, and fix this garbage. I haven't abused ONE person, besides my friends which is over skype chat, so I haven't done anything, and I'm beginning to lose my patience with this game. If you don't want to reward me for doing well in a match, email me and tell me you guys aren't going to reward me so I can go and play something else with my friends.
