Riot. Ty for the Leblanc Revert/Rework.

I found myself a veteran player now very conflicted with who to play in season 8. I'm extremely happy that you admitted your mistakes and mangling with her kit. It shows that the balance team as much as it hates to make reversions was able to do so. I was ready to quit this game as it stopped being fun for me with all the unkillable tanks.

When I saw leblanc, I saw salvation a piece of league I thought had been lost forever. Her kit is pretty great as it is and now that you have so many hard to, next to impossible to balance champion kits..... Just please leave her alone for a while. I'd say she has almost everything she needs!

She was way too strong with the silence and once upon a time just downright unfun and uninteresting to play against! She was a kit ahead of her time! She now has all the tools she needs in the current AP item lineup to succeed. I'm not saying she's going to spike to the top of the win rate chart or anything but this game has CDR and tankbusting for mages now along with a better morellonomicon.

She can assassinate participate in longer drawn out fights as well kite for her ADC when late game hits and still do a respectable amount of damage[late game] with well thought out electrocutes when the tanks get bigger and meaner. She's got enough flexibility and choices to make that she's able to not just fall off hella hard late game like she used to. Between just as examples. She can turn into a spell spammer if needed for tankbusting/kiting or hit and run with her usual play pattern.

She has all the tools to succeed is what I'm trying to say. All of the drakes have a meaningful impact to what she does and so do baron and rift herald. She still has to be sneaky in order to get her highest rewards.

Please Please Please, leave her alone for a while until you find something that's as quality as the other reworks. Please consider that at least for now patch 8.8 she's ok and maybe even fine for a whlie.

She offers mobility, skillshot kiting, burst, durability and respectable sustained damage, her biggest strength lies in burst. She still has weaknesses and especially if she falls behind dies inappropriately early on she will suffer. I'd say she'll be fine in modern league of legends.
