Ryze Still Has Such a Low Winrate...Why?
So i'm not one for looking at win rates and stuff but when a champion that i think is clearly good has a 45% win rate then i just wanna know what exactly is wrong with him. He's not like syndra level of difficulty to play, from my experience. I hate to say it but his combos are mildly easy to learn and he isn't that hard of a champion to pick up, mastering him is a whole new level of play. As a ryze main, i always find myself dealing the most damage the majority of games and his carry potential is pretty large considering the items he builds and the scaling on his abilities. He kinda is meta? He is never really out of a meta because if you know how to play him you can face anything really, thanks to his W and stuff. If thats not bad enough, he's getting a relatively small nerf in 7.1 i think to his shield
Also, just wanted to ask if anyone thinks there is such thing as what i call "community backdrop" It's basically where a champion that has been out of play for a long time will take a decently long time to still go back in the game, realisted it with yorick, he was reworked but so far i don't think i've seen more than at least 5 yorick players, that was back when he was reworked, i don't really see any now to be honest
literally let him trade with me as
with 25 lethality in runes and he out traded me, absorbing every AA, Q and W. When my health got low, I hit him with a fully stacked R after trading for like 15 seconds (we were the last 2 remaining) and he still had 100% health after killing me. Notice he has 0 armor!
