he will do that much damage in any lane. he has the highest winrate in three roles. its just that. when you jungle. you immediately put money into 1 item. and you get more gold as a jungler because a lot of us are not great at last hitting in lanes.
Graves is kinda the juggernaut of Marksmen, as it is. Minimal CC, high damage when close-ish and decently tanky. Except he's just a bit TOO damaging and mobile. Not that I've ever had much of an issue with jungle Graves, because nobody seems to gank me properly.

The whole cancer comments are idiotic. If you're going to use to describe something, at least make it a valid analogy. It's so lazy and stupid to just use it in place of "bad".

Plus jungle graves has one overbearing advantage, he can dub stun the monsters simply by blasting em into a wall, .5 second stun and he can do it with almost every shot
