About jungle changes

My jungle shaco loves these changes

so now machete grants +50 xp rather than 5 and the upgraded versions don't give any additional experience

Now we can stop at just machete if we really want to instead of going to the upgraded smite and go straight to the core items

one thing I'm curious about, can red+blue lead to an instant level 3 again?
