Ranked Que's

Dear Riot, It is quite sad nowadays, that players of such poor skill level are allowed to play in ranked Que's.... For someone who has been placed in bronze it is especially annoying. The fact that my other laners can go 0-20 with 80 farm for a 32:00 minute game, I believe, is unacceptable. Players like this are making it extremely difficult for players who actually care to rank up. The constantly dive under tower and just feed the enemy team. Now riot has the report system. But no one ever gets banned, more likely than not., because they are in bronze. Now i could understand if someone has a bad game, that's understandable, but when there profile shows a consistent pattern of this behavior they should be forced off solo ranked Q back to norms. Until they are able to play at the level of a ranked person. Now i know what you are thinking, that's what Bronze is for, but if they are always playing way below the skill level of even a bronze player, something is wrong. I'm not asking for the most perfect players, i know in any elo players make mistakes. I'm just asking for players who are actually able to play the game at is full capacity. If you cant get at least 4-5 CS per minute you should not be able to play in a ranked game. Everyone know CS is one of the biggest concept in this game. Please Riot, there needs to be something done about these players in ranked Que's. Don't let this be an ignored topic. We need fair games for all players, not just some. Thank you, PyroSideX
