@Meddler, What can we expect from Ryze's new kit?

I'm really into what Riot wants to offer to Ryze with his enw gameplay update. He has been problematic since season 4, and his gameplay updates have been great, but over the top overpowered with a few buffs.

I've been thinking about what could you do to change him to be healthly and playable...

Would his root still be in the kit? Would it be instant? Would it still be point and click?

Would his E be changed into something completely different?

So many questions about his kit, but after all, he needs ANOTHER new passive, and maybe a different ultimate.
