Idea for URF

I've read the riot post about URF and why it isnt as frequent as people want it to be, and I think I have a solution.

Bring out Draft URF.

Since there're too many broken champs in URF, and Riot cant just ban them all. So giving players the ability to ban them will fix it. Since the most broken champs are: people can choose if they are willing to fight them or not. [slayer-jinx-wink]
