Make the client pop up when a swap is offered?

I think this would be a good idea, I mean it happens to a lot of people that swaps aren't made and an entire game goes to hell because of this, maybe not because of runes and spells and masteries, but it just alters the mood and puts everyone on tilt. To be specific, just a normal pop up, like the one the client already does when its your turn to pick or ban.
