you have no mechanical experience , havent practiced the champion in normals EVER ! because they are not easy to play at all and they require some skill and some require mindgames so please for the love of god dont take them if you are !
If it's normals, especially blind pick, they can play what they want. You shouldn't play any champion you lack experience on in ranked, regardless of their skill floor.
You have exactly zero input on which champion I'm playing (other than ban phase).

How do you expect them to learn the said mechanics if you don't want them playing them? it's one thing for ranked where experience shows, normals is another thing.
