More bans in solo queue?

Are we ever going to get more bans? I mean they just added two champs at the same time and at least at my elo, which is low, they feel really overtuned. So now we have to use two bans out of 6 and the old ops are getting through easier. I just think that with the rate at which riot adds or changes champs we could really use some extra bans.
