What is the stance on Jayce right now at Riot?

Hey, I'd like to know if Riot is looking to balance Jayce in the upcoming patch/patches. He's been obviously played a lot in pro play and regular play as well. He's pretty strong. He's been very balanced if you ask me until the buff of his Hammer form Q came along. 120% is ridiculous for someone who builds full dmg honestly, it was unnecesarry and made him pretty unplayable againts. Jayce can simply stay in hammer form and constatnly trade via his Hammer q with a lot of succes. I say reverse these buffs, and Jayce should be in a better state.
