It's time to revisit Team Builder. We need it for ranked games BADLY. Shouldn't be champ specific. Shouldn't lock you into choosing only one role (for que times) Just roles your willing to play, matched up with people who fit. Then normal draft. Half my losses are because of no pregame communication and bitching about who goes where.

I said the same thing in general chat and a bunch of people voted me down because of needing bans etc. I don't see why they can't do everything they do now, but just let you put in what lanes you prefer.
You can still do bans and etc beforehand, then champion select. It could also just put the team together if possible and if not then don't wait and put waiting players into a game to avoid long ques.
IMO I would be very happy to see a ranked team builder.
I think this request does not go far enough: Team builder, with the role instead of champion choice, should be an option in all SR game modes.
You'll face the exact same problem you have with normal queue team builder. Not enough players are willing to play support or jungle. Before we can implement team builder into ranked queues, we need something attractive for them support players.
(I play with my friends as Support or Jungle. Always. Never liked ADC nor mid.)
Not going to happen for ranked. Playing ranked is not only about how you play but how well you play with other. Locking in a role before had will not only eliminate team play but it will cement the meta. What we need is voice chat which would make champ select a little easier.
