Easing Champ Trading in Champ Select

With the new champ select changes mentioned, is there any plan on introducing a way to ease/encourage trading with players that don't have the full list of champions?

Communication, in general, during champ select is both key and hard. You typically only have so little time to type out the contractual obligations of the trade in chat. If I'm first pick and not picking a priority pick for myself, it can be really annoying playing the "okay what champs do you have at my role" game.

Maybe trading pick positions? Or allow you to give away your pick position? Maybe some "TeammateX wants you to pick ChampY for them"?
