This game is hostile towards low level players

>Have to deal with ghost/heal until level 8 where you get both flash and tp >Have to wait until level 10 for you to get smite so you can jungle >Have to deal with double top cancer until level 10 where draft queue unlocks >Not allowed to create your own runes until level 11 >Free champ rotation unlocked until level 12 >All the rune categories unlock at level 17

Why is this game such fucking cancer at low levels? Why does not riot ask new accounts where they are actually new or just smurfs so they can be treated accordingly?

And what is the fucking point of putting a wall behind important features of the fucking game??? This makes learning the game a unnecessarily fucking complicated and long thing to do??
