LoL pick up games?

Hi, I came from the counters strike scene, and we played PUGs (pick up games) where random players queue up and play together.

Is there a website that I can play these on for league of legends? Kinda like a website that arranges solo queue matches for more experienced players. The website i used for CS ranked you out of all the players that played PUGs too!
