New Player Experience

I just got done playing on my smurf i created so i could play Bot games with my cousin. And all I could think is "i feel so bad for new players who will be joining League and going to Bot games to learn" Why? Because my team consisted of at least 2 bots every game. I am sure there are games where it is 3-4 bots. This is disturbing how easy it has become for people to use bots. While we clearly have the ability to report bots, there should at least be a line of defense to catch people who try to use this. I hope Riot is aware of this and is working on this, because as it is I am sure this will turn people off to the game greatly.
