ADC damage or sustain?
so even with marksmen mostly being pushed down in the meta atm, I still see stubborn people trying (myself included) to just keep playing them. everyone goes fleet footwork still, lots of build centered around sustain, but I wonder, could you just spec into more damage and ignore sustain? say, go phase rush, into celerity with maybe inspiration for the slightly magical boots, to give more movement speed? while the boost celerity gives is low, it could make up for the missing AD early game that was taken from marksmen in 8.11, and later game you'd scale up with items and gathering storm still.. of course I'm a Bronze nobody, but I feel like it could work.. thoughts?
