Sunfire Cape needs to be changed.
Sunfire Cape has been a ballance issue for many years, too opressive early game if its numbers are too high and a useless item later in the game that you HAVE to sell for a real item. So why don't they change the aoe damage to max health percentage of the owner like 1.5% of your max hp without BASE damage. The 1.5% max hp damage would ensure that the item whould even more less damage than it does now at the early stages of the game and it would ensure a better damage output at 4-5 items in the late game. They even could make the item deal 1% of your own max hp per second and scale up to 2-2.5% scaling with bonus hp or armor. I feel like the item needs to be changed in a healthy way and get it back in the game. Frozen heart is also absent maybe do something about that item too? And before people start bitching about 'buffing' tanks, keep in mind that after the point of the game that the carries get 4 items tanks are not even relevant. So maybe instead of keep giving them passives like the -20% crit damage on R. Omen, maybe give them an item that deals damage at the later point of the game so they stay relevant and not fall off to the point of being useless.
