Can we add maybe 0.5-1 more second to Morse's Q reset time? Or is that too much?

I'll admit, I haven't played but 4 games yet on the new Huedekaiser and his power is to be determined. I just noticed though that if you're not building any attack speed (no Trinity Force) then hitting all 3 procs of his Q is incredibly difficult.

Would a half second extra be too powerful of a change?
