its almost 2016. we are 6 seasons in. if only 9 people are playing at 5 minutes, the game should end

if this is something that hasn't been changed, then something really is wrong with this game. dont tell me none of that abuse bullshit. anyone with half a brain can abuse anything int his game. i shouldn't lose 13 lp because my support didn't connect causing my jungle and adc to troll the living shit out of me to ruin ANY chance i have of winning the game.
