Udyr: Nerf maybe?

So, this is just a thought. I'm a low tier player but I'm not one that just complains "Oh, this champion is OP." or "This champ is bullshit." But I do know when I can spot something out that seems a bit strong. As of now I'm speaking of Bruiser jungle Udyr. I've played against it a couple of times and MAN is it in my opinion WAY to strong. The build typically revolves around building Cinderhulk into Trinity force and then building standard bruiser from there. My problem with this build is that he seems almost.... unkillable. Even when I had a hard CC team consisting of Thresh, Jhin, Karthus, Mordekaiser and myself playing Master Yi for DPS, the Udyr just seemed to run through everything and wipe out our entire team. We couldn't dps him because we did virtually no damage and we also tried to CC him but he just didn't take damage. Just a thought, hopefully someone will see this and address why I think is a blatant issue with the champion. Thanks!
